Wizard India has complete design and tool making capabilities. Wizard controls all aspect of our tool design and manufactures the tools in-house and with strategic suppliers. Our tool equipments includes Vertical Machining Center, CNC lathes as well several manual lathes, drills presses of the tools required to manufacturer products as specified by the individual customer needs. Our R&D efforts include developing new materials for our products that enhances product performances as well as testing and cataloging existing material properties.

Wizard India is certified by the ISO 9001-2000, which is a testimony to the strict process adherence. Products are checked during each production run to determine whether critical specifications are being met-such as deflection of a spider, resonance of a cone, weight of the finished products as well as weight of the various steps in the process.
